In ten days in 1989 a rebellion in Romania overthrew the government and executed leader Nicolai Ceaucescu. Demonstrators then occupied the television station and broadcast continuously for 120 hours. Harun Farocki and Andrej Ujicas film is a condensation of 125 hours of video material documenting the chronology of these astounding events resulting in true-life drama with a clearly distinct cast of characters and real settings.
