Excellent quality of scientific peer-reviewed articles. However, since Intellectum attempts to link science and culture, not all articles are strictly 'academic', but there are also free-style treatises, short-stories as well as an interview in every issue.

Intellectum hard-copy has a great collectible value since it contains orginal sketches and photographs especially prepared for the issue and all copies are numbered.

Currently, it is the only Greek academic or non-academic journal which openly 'advertises' the establishment of a ' blind-review' system. It is also member of Eurozine network (, which includes most of the best European journals of thought and culture and has been awarded the Sparc Europe Seal by the Digital Open Access Journals' Organisation ( for its quality content and free-access policy.
